Hikaru Shida & Tay Conti vs. Nyla Rose & The Bunny

We switch gears and head back down to the ring as it’s time for our next match of the evening, which will be contested in the women’s division with tag-team action taking place.

On that note, Hikaru Shida makes her way out, as does her partner for this evening, the black-belt specialist Tay Conti. Their opponents, Nyla Rose and The Bunny, also make their way out as “Big Money” Matt Hardy cuts a promo in a split-screen window as they do.

The bell sounds and we’re off-and-running with our next bout here on the show. We see Shida and Conti jump off to an early offensive lead. The action spills out to the floor where Shida blasts The Bunny with a big running knee-lift. Back in the ring, she goes for the cover, but it is broken up.

Rose and The Bunny start to shift the offensive momentum in their favor now as Nyla Rose uses her size-and-strength to dominate Shida. As the heel duo establishes their roles in the offensive driver’s seat several minutes into this match, the commentators talk us into a mid-match, picture-in-picture commercial break as the action continues in the ring.

We’re back from the break and we see the action is still ongoing in the ring between Conti and The Bunny, however all hell breaks loose at ringside between members of The Dark Order and “Big Money” Matt Hardy and some of his guys. We see a false-finish in the ring broken up by Rose. Shida hits a big dive onto the entire pile of bodies on the floor. They catch her but Conti follows up with a splash off the top as well to take the entire pile down.

Back in the ring we see The Bunny has a kendo stick. Vickie Guerrero distracts the ref while The Bunny blasts Conti with the kendo stick. She follows that up with her Down The Rabbit Hole finisher for the pin fall victory.

Winners: Nyla Rose & The Bunny

Tay Conti vs. Nyla Rose

We head back inside the Daily’s Place amphitheater where it’s time to head back down to the ring as we are prepared for our next bout of the evening.

The next match this evening will feature talent from the AEW women’s division, as Tay Conti makes her way down to the squared circle.

As she settles into the ring, her music fades down and the familiar sounds of Nyla Rose’s theme plays. She makes her way down to the ring accompanied by Vickie Guerrero.

Now the bell sounds to kick off this match in the AEW women’s division. Conti and Rose lock up and go right after it straight out of the gate. It isn’t long before the size and strength of Rose plays a factor.

Things continue to go well for Rose, as she is dominating the action with ease thus far. Nyla is in a comfortable offensive lead as we head into a mid-match, picture-in-picture commercial break as the action continues in the ring.

We return from the break to see Rose is still dominating Conti without any issues, although Excalibur informs us that it has been a back-and-forth battle during the break. J.R. agrees that it has been more competitive than we expected.

As they say that, Conti fires up on offense for the first time in a while, blasting the former AEW women’s champ with repeated kicks. She hits a drop toe hold that strings Rose up on the middle rope.

Conti goes out to the apron and climbs up to the middle rope. She flies off with a knee right to the temple of Rose. She goes for the cover but Rose kicks out. Conti looks for her finisher but Rose avoids it and hits a big kick of her own.

She goes for the Beast Bomb but Conti reverses it. Conti hits a running knee to Rose in the corner. She gets the hammer lock and hits her DDT. She goes for the cover. 1-2-3. Conti wins again.

Winner: Tay Conti

Once the match ends, all hell breaks loose as we see Vickie Guerrero grab Conti’s leg. Conti fights off but Rose gets her. This leads to Hikaru Shida hitting the ring to make the save, however The Bunny comes out and the numbers game is too much for her.

As this goes on we see Matt Hardy come out with some of his clients. He talks about the recent tournament not being fair because The Bunny wasn’t in it. He says his clients have been getting a raw deal in AEW as of late and promises that it ends now.

Eddie Kingston vs. “The Murderhawk Monster” Lance Archer

Lance stands on stage and tells Jake to go to the back. He reluctantly obliges. Eddie takes a chop at Lance but he gets knocked down. Archer charges at Eddie several times and tries to take the legs out of Lance before biting him. Big thumb to the eye to Archer. Eddie can’t knock Lance down despite all the dirty tactics.

Archer gouges the eyes of Eddie and gives him a major palm strike. Eddie dives off with a shoulder tackle but doesn’t knock Lance down. Pounce by Archer Monty Brown style. Lance hammers the back of Eddie and chops him at the ropes. Crowd asks for “one more time” and Lance does the honors. Archer chokeslams Eddie right onto the hard part of the apron. “Holy crap” chants from the crowd (to prevent censorship lol). Archer sends Eddie into the camera man. Archer chokes Eddie off the guardrail before Kingston rolls himself back into the ring. Full nelson slam by Archer. Archer utilizes the corner to slingshot splash himself onto Eddie. He lifts Eddie up. Eddie tries to go for the backfist but Archer catches him. Nonetheless, Eddie knocks him down with a running lariat. Two count.

Rip chord lariat by Archer. Archer goes for The Blackout, but Eddie escapes only to get chokeslammed in the center of the ring. Eddie tries to get to his feet and Archer goes Old School with a moonsault press. More “Holy crap” chants. The Claw slams by Archer. Butcher and Blade come out with a beaten Jake Roberts. Bunny runs in and hands Eddie some knuckle enhancements. Eddie connects with his loaded backfist to get the win.

Winner: Eddie Kingston

Once the match wraps up, things don’t end there, as The Butcher and The Blade join The Bunny and Eddie Kingston in the ring for a post-match beatdown.

Eddie Kingston and his Family work over “The Murderhawk Monster” in the ring as the numbers game is too much for him. Jake “The Snake” Roberts tries to come out but he ends up on the wrong end of a beatdown for his efforts as well.

Dasha Gonzalez is standing by backstage with Eddie Kingston and his Family — The Butcher, The Blade and The Bunny.

Dasha brings up hearing that it has been confirmed that next week, Eddie Kingston will be going one-on-one against “The Murderhawk Monster” Lance Archer. Eddie has his head down, dejected, and says he doesn’t know what to say, he says they’re gonna fight.

As he continues talking, he is interrupted and confronted by Lance Archer and Jake “The Snake” Roberts. Archer gets in Kingston’s face and the two have words briefly before Archer tells him he’ll see him next week when he beats his ass.

Jake Roberts, however, sticks around. He and Kingston go at it verbally for another moment or so until Kingston tells him to walk away and Roberts replies, “Bite me.” After that, the segment ends and we head to a commercial break.

“The Bastard” PAC vs. Eddie Kingston

The video package showing the history of Eddie Kingston’s Family and the reformation of Death Triangle with “The Bastard” PAC airs.

Once the vignette wraps up, Eddie Kingston’s music hits and out he comes accompanied by The Butcher, The Blade and The Bunny. As they make their way down to the squared circle, we see highlights from recent weeks and then a quick pre-match backstage promo from earlier tonight from Kingston, who vows to send PAC back home.

“The Dapper Yapper” Justin Roberts then handles the formal pre-match ring introduction of Kingston. Now his music fades down and the entrance theme of “The Bastard” PAC plays. The leader of Death Triangle makes his way down to the ring in a hurry as Rey Fenix and Pentagon JR. are shown following behind him. PAC immediately tears into Kingston and the action quickly spills out to the floor, where “The Bastard” jumps off to an early offensive lead.

Back in the ring, PAC keeps the pressure on Kingston, blasting him with kicks as he falls against the ropes and into the corner. PAC continues to work him over in the corner with thunderous kicks to the dome as the commentary team of Ross, Schiavone and Excalibur tell the tale of the history between PAC and Kingston. Now we see PAC head to the top-rope for the first time in the match, as he comes flying off blasting Kingston with a well-timed missile dropkick.

Finally, Kingston blasts PAC with a knee to the back of the head to slow down his momentum. He sends him out to the floor where The Bunny scratches at his eyes with her long nails while Kingston had the referee tied up in the ring. Kingston heads out to the floor and hits a nice package suplex over his head, dumping “The Bastard” on the floor with authority. Back in the ring, Kingston hits a neckbreaker on PAC for a near fall.

Kingston continues to dominate the action as he focuses his offensive attack on the neck of PAC, which as the announcers explain on commentary, is something he softened up when “The Bastard” first made his return following a lengthy hiatus from the scene on Dynamite. Finally, PAC kills Kingston’s offensive momentum and now with both men down, he is the first to make it back to his feet. He heads over to Kingston, who is up to his knees now, and begins peppering him with an assortment of big kicks.

This continues until Kingston pops up out of nowhere and catches PAC with a back-fist, which kick-starts an offensive flurry of strikes and moves which culminates in a back driver for a near fall. Kingston now stalks PAC as he struggles to get back to his feet. He blasts him with a knife-edge chop in the corner. He goes to follow in but PAC moves. PAC runs into Kingston’s boot and now Kingston hops to sit on the top turnbuckle. PAC comes up with him and is now looking to hit a superplex on him after crotching him on the top. He does — with auithority — for a close near fall.

Ross speculates that Kingston hurt his lower back on the bump he took as a result of the big top-rope super plex from “The Bastard.” PAC hits Kingston with another wide-variety of kicks, blasting him with a big one that decks him at the end. He builds some momentum but is floored by a clothesline from Kingston that turned him inside-out. Kingston tries to finish him off with that spot, but PAC kicks out after the referee’s count of two. PAC hangs onto the top-rope now as Kingston attempts a DDT. He dropkicks Kingston in the face as he was on all fours. He drags him to the corner and heads to the top-rope. Schiavone speculates he is going for the Black Arrow.

Winner: “The Bastard” PAC

After The Match: All Hell Breaks Loose

As soon as he scores the pin, PAC rolls and locks in his arm-submission finisher on Kingston to add insult to injury. Now all members of Death Triangle and Eddie Kingston’s Family hit the ring and square off.

Ultimately, nothing happens between them as out comes “The Murderhawk Monster” Lance Archer, with Jake “The Snake” Roberts running behind him. He gets in the ring, which clears out Eddie Kingston and his Family. He gets in PAC’s face and tells him to get things in order. He walks off.

The Good Brothers hit the Magic Killer on Moxley and stand tall with Omega. Omega continuously hits Moxley with the barbed wire bat.
